Roads and Infrastructure

Council manages and maintains public infrastructure that is worth more than $230 million. This includes 300 community buildings, 160 bridges, 87 kilometres of underground drainage, 2000 hectares of open spaces, and 117 kilometres of footpaths.

Council's Asset Plan 2022-2032 shows how Council will responsibly manage its assets to meet the service delivery needs of the community in a cost-effective way.

Council’s Register of Public Roads provides details of each of the public roads that Council is responsible for.

In accordance with regulation 9 of the Road Management (General) Regulations 2016, Council has undertaken a review of the Road Management Plan (RMP) and has prepared a written report.
