Pet Registration

All cats and dogs over the age of three months must be registered with us. Annual renewals are due by 10 April each year.

How do I register my cat or dog?

If you have a cat or dog over the age of three months, it must be registered with us. Non-compliance risks a fine of $395.00.

To help you remember, renewal notices will be sent out prior to this date. If you are unable to access the registration form online, you can contact us to have it mailed to your physical address.

Your pet must be microchipped and needs to carry its tag at all times.

How do I register my working dog?

Primary producers who have working dogs and generate their main source of income from primary production may be eligible to register their dogs as working dogs.
