Please use this form to request a letter of support from Alpine Shire Council.

Examples of requests for a Letter of Support
A letter of support may be requested for a range of purposes, including (but not limited to):

Community events or festivals
Sporting, cultural, or arts initiatives
Volunteer or not-for-profit projects
Advocacy for local programs, services, or infrastructure
Partnerships or collaborations with other organisations

Submitting this form does not guarantee that a letter of support will be provided. All requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to Council’s discretion, priorities, and capacity.

Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the required due date to allow for assessment and processing.

Requests received with less than 14 days’ notice may still be considered; however, Council cannot guarantee delivery within the required timeframe.
