Alpine Shire Council is inviting expressions of interest for the lease of a commercial space at Scrubbers Hut, Dinner Plain.
The available space offers approximately 8.6 square meters of lettable area, ideal for kiosk operations.
This includes a covered outdoor space and shared facilities with a ticket and toboggan rental kiosk.
Public amenities, including female, male, and accessible restrooms, are also available within the facility.
Interested parties must submit an annual rent proposal inclusive of GST, with annual CPI reviews. No additional outgoings will be required.
The maximum lease period is set at three years, though seasonal lease terms will be considered. The anticipated lease commencement date is mid-May 2025, or by negotiation.
