Leases and Licence Opportunities

Find information about Council-owned properties available for lease or licence, including expressions of interest (EOIs), proposed lease and licence agreements, and notices of our intention to negotiate directly with prospective tenants or licensees.

We manage a range of properties and facilities that support community, commercial, and recreational activities. This page provides details of current leasing and licensing opportunities, including open EOIs, requests for proposals, and statutory notices relating to Council-owned land and buildings.

As part of our commitment to transparency and good governance, we publish information about proposed lease and licence arrangements, including occasions where we intends to negotiate directly with a preferred party. Community members and interested organisations can use this page to stay informed about current opportunities, notices, and consultation processes.
