You need to apply for a permit to conduct works on or occupy our land, including any events that take place on or impact our land.

Works on and occupation of our land

You need a permit to conduct any works on or occupy our land, including public roads, car parks, gardens, and parks. Occupation includes any events that take place on or impact our land.

A permit is free if you send the application in advance and receive the permit before the works or occupation starts. 

To apply for a permit you must provide evidence of public liability insurance of a minimum of $20 million. Depending on the nature of your works or occupation, you may also have to submit a Traffic Management Plan that conforms to Australian Standard AS1742.
