Alpine Shire Council intends to enter into direct negotiations with current tenants for the purpose of a lease on three premises in Bright, Mount Beauty, and Myrtleford.

In accordance with Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy, Council intends to enter into direct negotiations with the current tenants for the purpose of a lease over the following premises:
- 23 Deacon Avenue in Bright, known as the Alpine View Children’s Centre;
- 2 Reserve Drive in Mount Beauty, known as the Lake View Children’s Centre; and
- 51 Prince Street in Myrtleford, known as the Mountain View Children’s Centre.
