This year, skaters and riders will have the opportunity to battle it out in Myrtleford during round seven of the North East Skate Park Series, a proudly local event that tours nine different locations across north east Victoria, as well as Albury in New South Wales.

Skaters and riders of all ages are encouraged to participate, regardless of their ability level, across four different disciplines: skateboard, scooter, BMX bike, and roller skates.

Alpine Shire Mayor, Cr Sarah Nicholas, celebrated the return of the North East Skate Park Series to Myrtleford.

"We have been involved in the North East Skate Park Series from the very beginning, when it was just a dream between a handful of regional Councils," she said.

"This is an opportunity for people of all ages and all abilities to come together and celebrate what it is to be part of such an exciting and inclusive community."

All events in the North East Skate Park Series are free to attend, with registration taking place on the day.

Round seven in Myrtleford will take place at the Myrtleford Skate Park, located in Cundy Park on the corner of Odonnell Street and Standish Street, on Saturday, 15 November 2025.

Warmups will begin from 10.30am.
