A Larrakia artist from Darwin, Ash is a premier didgeridoo performer who blends musical traditions from across First Nations storylines, including his own, to captivate audiences across the world.

Ash's musical talent reflects a deep connection to his First Nations culture and imbues listeners with the rich cultural heritage of his Country.

Alpine Shire Mayor, Cr Sarah Nicholas, welcomed Ash back to Alpine Shire to inspire and entertain through the power of music and storytelling.

"I had the privilege of seeing Ash earlier this year and have terrific memories of his performance," she said.

"There is nothing quite like hearing the resonance of a didgeridoo at the hands of a master performer and Ash brings such life, passion, and vibrancy to every song and every story.

"It is wonderful, and an honour, to have him back in our region."

Ash will be playing two concerts in Mount Beauty and Myrtleford in October. While both concerts are free, community members are required to register to attend.
