Alpine Dads' Group returns for outdoor exercise sessions in October and November

Alpine Shire Council invites dads of all types and generations across Alpine Shire to get involved in fun and energising group exercise classes.

Together with Gateway Health, Council's Maternal and Child Health team is hosting two outdoor fitness sessions tailored by exercise physiologist Leeah Cooper.  

These sessions are designed for fathers and father-figures to connect while moving their bodies and enjoying being outdoors. 

There will be two sessions held in Porepunkah and Myrtleford: 

Porepunkah 

9.30am to 11am on Saturday, 25 October 2025 

Riverside Park on Nicholson Street, Porepunkah 

Myrtleford 

9.30am to 11am on Saturday, 15 November 2025 

Apex Park on Apex Lane, Myrtleford
