Alpine Shire Council facilities in Myrtleford and Mount Beauty have now reopened, including Libraries and Visitor Information Centres.

Transfer stations in both townships will reopen tomorrow.
Facilities in Bright and Porepunkah will remain closed while the current situation continues.
Our cleaning contractor is currently servicing all facilities and public waste areas in and around Mount Beauty, Myrtleford, and Harrietville.
At this stage, facilities and public waste areas in Bright and Porepunkah are not being serviced, and this will be reviewed over the next 24 hours.
