Notice of Intent to Negotiate a Lease
In accordance with Section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020 and Council’s Community Engagement Policy, notice is hereby given that Alpine Shire Council intends to enter into direct negotiations with the current tenant for the purpose of a lease over the following premises:
- Myrtleford Savoy Soccer Club located at 256 Great Alpine Road Myrtleford VIC 3737
