Committees of management appointed by the Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) or community asset committees appointed by Council are able to apply for funding to support maintenance of sporting reserves across Alpine Shire.
Sporting reserves across Alpine Shire are managed by committees of management appointed by the Victorian Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) or by community asset committees appointed by Council, depending on which agency is responsible for the reserve.
Through our Sporting Reserves Maintenance Support Policy 2026, these committees can continue maintaining high quality grounds and facilities for the benefit of sports in Alpine Shire.
