How you'll make a difference

As the Human Resources Officer, you will: 

  • Deliver responsive HR support and advice to employees and leaders
  • Bring a strong focus on internal customer service delivery
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and training activities 
  • Provide guidance on HR policy, procedures, and the Enterprise Agreement 
  • Support wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records and employee contracts and payroll liaison
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

Our ideal candidate 

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Organisational Development 
  • Experienced in coordinating recruitment processes 
  • Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects
  • A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
  • Innovative, tech savvy and committed to continuous improvement
  • Passionate about equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing

  • $75,998 to $86,755 + Superannuation + RDO
