How you'll make a difference
As the Human Resources Officer, you will:
- Deliver responsive HR support and advice to employees and leaders
- Bring a strong focus on internal customer service delivery
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and training activities
- Provide guidance on HR policy, procedures, and the Enterprise Agreement
- Support wellbeing, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and employee contracts and payroll liaison
- Contribute to continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.

Our ideal candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in Human Resources, Employee Relations or Organisational Development
- Experienced in coordinating recruitment processes
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and projects
- A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills
- Innovative, tech savvy and committed to continuous improvement
- Passionate about equity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing
