Please Note:

  • To hire The Pavilion Pioneer Park, Bright please use the facility-specific booking form.
  • For hire of the Mount Beauty Stadium please contact Council directly at
  • Some casual hirers may be eligible to be covered under Council's Community Liability Pack Insurance. The fee for this is $36.50 per hire. For more information contact the Shire.
  • Please ensure if alcohol and food are served at your event that you provide the Shire with a copy of your Streatrader Permit and your Liquor Licence.
  • Before completing the application please review the information to ensure you understand the process and have all relevant information to hand.
  • You must provide all relevant details including:
    • Dates
    • Timings
    • Insurance copy (please attach to form as pdf)
  • Please also provide any other additional information that will help us approve your application
