| The Alpine Interactive Mapping System (AIMS) contains information provided by Alpine Shire Council, Land Victoria, the Department of Sustainability and Environment as well as other data sources.
While every care is taken to ensure the accuracy of this data, Alpine Shire Council, Land Victoria and the Department of Sustainability and Environment jointly and severally make no representations or warranties about its accuracy, reliability, completeness or suitability for any particular purpose and disclaim all responsibility and all liability (including without limitation, liability in negligence) for all expenses, losses, damages (including indirect or consequential damage) and costs which may be incurred as a result of data being inaccurate or incomplete in any way and for any reason.
The mapping data is a representation of the approximate location of the items that may be situated on or under the land shown. AIMS data has been compiled from data supplied by and to the Alpine Shire Council and must only be used as a guide. To ascertain the exact location of any feature, Alpine Shire Council advises that the customer arrange onsite verification.
The data should not be used to accurately identify the legal boundaries of the properties shown.
